I have long wondered why our perception of the world changes as we age. Why do colours seem so dull, and the butterflies in our stomachs quieten? Memories of being a kid looking at the world through a vibrant, jubilant lens seem so distant, and I have never been one to let them fully drift away. I am very in touch with my inner child, and my goal as an artist is to reconnect you with yours when you least expect it, and remind you to take a minute to appreciate life's small joys. After all, if a life is made up of small moments, why should we forget so many of them?

I infuse a sense of dream-like nostalgia into my work using high chroma oil paint and fun perspectives, and am inspired by relationships in my life, food (clearly), and the stunning nature that surrounds me in Victoria, Australia.

I’ve spent years exploring the magic of colour — both in my work and in how we see the world. I believe colour isn’t just visual — it’s emotional. And when you learn how to use it with confidence, everything changes.
