Is this course for beginners or more advanced artists?
This course is best suited towards beginner and intermediate artists! There is plenty of information to get you started if you are entirely new to the medium, as well as lots of gems for those who have been using oils for a little while. The full length painting demos will give you a great opportunity to observe my painting process!

Will this teach me how to paint?
Yes it will! My first course focused on navigating colour, whereas this course is all about understanding the technical side of oil painting and making the process feel simple and approachable. I’ll guide you through every step — from choosing materials and preparing your space and surfaces, right through to applying paint with confidence, creating different textures, and finishing and preserving your pieces.
How much is the course going to cost?
The price will be $349 on regular, and $249 for the people on my waiting list! I'm also going to offer a payment plan for the course.
If you choose a payment plan, your first payment will be made the day you enroll, with the following payments automatically made on the same day of the month for the following months.
Will this teach me about using colour?
No — this course won’t cover colour, as I already have a dedicated course entirely focused on colour theory and understanding how to use colour with confidence. This course is specifically designed to focus on the technical side of oil painting. But don’t worry — if colour still feels like a missing piece of the puzzle, you’ll have the option to enrol in both courses together at a discounted bundle price.
